Hawtrey Dene are specialists in cost reduction, procurement consulting, business process redesign, procurement outsourcing and business transformation.

We identify, challenge, manage and mitigate the risks arising from the cost base, supply chain and business operations of clients across their global operations. We operate both alongside existing client teams and where there is no in-house resource.
