The Challenge

The challenge for the print procurement was a global one, encompassing operations in the UK, the United States and Asia.

Hawtrey Dene were asked to help the client achieve a simplified and more efficient process that maintained excellent levels of service and quality and achieved real and sustainable operational expenditure savings.

The process included reviewing and retaining best practice, quality standard, intellectual collateral and resources. Minimising disruption to the business and ensuring stakeholder and team buy in was critical.
