New 2018 Contract Wins For HD Show the Strength of Building Long Term Relationshipsby Hawtrey Dene
Hawtrey Dene are proud to have won significant contract renewals with their three longest standing clients in 2018, two based on their outsourced procurement model.
Covering luxury, retail and the third sector, these contracts are within their managed services area, where HD directly provide staff to clients to effectively bolster and ‘insource’ their procurement services, supported by the wider HD consultancy teams and managed by their programme office to ensure effective target delivery.
Group CEO, Scott, said “These wins are testimony to the manner in which our teams engage with client stakeholders and deliver real value. Since we started it’s always been about getting stuck in and delivering solutions, not just ideas and strategies, although they have their place. I’m so proud of what our teams deliver for their clients and this is reflected in the very close links we have built with them as well as the new opportunities we get when a client sponsor moves on to a new organisation. We believe that we train our people to think and act differently and that shines through in the feedback we get from all levels of client organisations, and of course in the renewals on contracts like those achieved here.”
Hawtrey Dene Group operate globally with Blue Chip, Charity and SME clients in the public and private sectors, delivering cost and procurement transformation programmes.
