Which course is right for you?
Prior to delivering our courses we engage with clients to perform an initial capability diagnostic. Our framework assessments enable us to not only form a clear understanding of client culture, but to also measure existing capability levels versus best-in-class procurement criteria. This ultimately shapes client development needs and all our programmes are tailored accordingly to maximise client value.
Procurement training is delivered by our CIPS-accredited instructors and programme timelines vary from one day courses to multi-day sessions depending on client requirements.
While our training proposition upskills client teams with core theoretical learnings and leading tools and methodologies, interaction is essential and each of our courses consist of a variety of case study exercises which allow participants to translate best practice theory in to real life working scenarios.
On completion of our courses, clients are furnished with all course material and documentation and these can also be accessed via our online repository.
